Welcome to groupsmaxxing ("the App"), a looking-for-group board for gamers. By creating an account or using the App, you agree to these Terms of Service.

1. The Service

groupsmaxxing lets you create a profile, list your gamer tags, and post time-limited "looking for group" listings so other players can find and contact you. Coordination (e.g., Discord invites) happens off-platform; we are not a party to any arrangement between players.

2. Your Account

You sign in with Sign in with Apple. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your sign-in secure. You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction) to use the App.

3. User Content & Acceptable Use

You retain ownership of content you post (profile details, gamer tags, listings, links). You grant us a non-exclusive license to store and display that content to other users of the App.

You agree not to post content that is:

• Harassing, hateful, threatening, or discriminatory
• Sexually explicit or exploitative
• Fraudulent, deceptive, or intended to scam other users
• Spam, advertising, or commercial solicitation unrelated to finding players
• Illegal, or that violates another person's rights (including privacy and IP rights)
• Malicious, including links to malware or phishing pages

4. Moderation

We provide in-app tools to report content and block users. We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these Terms, at our discretion and without notice. Posts expire automatically and may be deleted at any time.

5. Third-Party Links

Posts and profiles may contain links to third-party services (e.g., Discord, Twitch). We do not control and are not responsible for third-party content or services.

6. Disclaimers

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not verify the identity or conduct of users. Exercise your own judgment when meeting or coordinating with other players.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App or interactions with other users.

8. Termination & Deletion

You may delete your account at any time from the Profile tab, which removes your profile and posts. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
