VibeSeek is a word search puzzle game designed with privacy in mind. This policy explains what data we collect and how we handle it.
1. No Accounts, No Sign-In
VibeSeek does not require you to create an account or sign in. You can use the app immediately without providing any personal information.
2. Data Stored On Your Device
All game data — including your puzzle history, completion times, achievement badges, and any custom word puzzles you create — is stored locally on your device using Apple's SwiftData framework. This data never leaves your device.
- Game sessions: Active and completed puzzles are saved on-device.
- Statistics: Solved count, best time, and average time are calculated and stored locally.
- Achievements: Trophy case badges are tracked on-device only.
- Custom puzzles: Any words you enter for custom puzzles are stored only on your device.
3. No Data Collection or Sharing
VibeSeek does not collect, transmit, or share any personal data with us or any third party. Specifically:
- No analytics or tracking SDKs are included.
- No advertising networks are integrated.
- No cloud services or external servers are used.
- No information about your device, location, or usage is sent anywhere.
4. Deleting Your Data
Since all data is stored locally, you have full control over it:
- Reset History: In the app, tap the trash icon on the home screen to permanently delete all puzzle completion times and achievements. This cannot be undone.
- Uninstall: Deleting the VibeSeek app from your device removes all associated data immediately.
5. Children's Privacy
VibeSeek is a family-friendly puzzle game suitable for all ages. Since we collect no personal data, the app is safe for children to use. There are no account requirements, no social features, and no communication capabilities.
6. Changes to This Policy
If we ever add features that involve data collection, we will update this policy accordingly. Any future changes will be posted on this page.
