Quiz-Wiz is an AI-powered platform that allows users to generate, play, and share quizzes. Some features are provided for free, while others require a "Quiz-Wiz Pro" subscription.
3. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer
Quiz-Wiz uses advanced AI models (including Google Gemini) and research tools to generate content.
- Accuracy: AI-generated quizzes may contain factual inaccuracies, hallucinations, or outdated information. Use the content for entertainment purposes only.
- Verification: You are responsible for verifying the accuracy of any quiz content before using it in a professional or educational setting.
- No Liability: Quiz-Wiz is not responsible for any errors or omissions in AI-generated content.
4. User Conduct and Content
- Lawful Use: You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes.
- Prohibited Content: You may not use Quiz-Wiz to generate content that is hateful, offensive, sexually explicit, or otherwise violates the rights of others.
- Public Quizzes: When you publish a quiz to the "Public" feed, you grant Quiz-Wiz a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to host, display, and allow other users to play and interact with that content.
5. Subscriptions and Payments
- Quiz-Wiz Pro: Subscriptions are managed through the Apple App Store and RevenueCat.
- Billing: Payments will be charged to your App Store account at the confirmation of purchase.
- Cancellation: You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your App Store account settings.
- Refunds: All purchases are final. Refunds are handled exclusively by Apple according to their terms and conditions.
6. Intellectual Property
- Ownership: Quiz-Wiz owns the application, branding, and underlying technology.
- Rights to Quizzes: You retain ownership of the original topics you provide. We grant you a license to use the AI-generated content for personal use within the app.
7. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or our business interests.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Quiz-Wiz and its creators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the service or the content generated therein.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Your continued use of the app after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
